Brit are pleased to have partnered with Business Disability Forum. Business Disability Forum is a not for profit membership organisation that exists to create a disability smart world by linking businesses, people with visible and non-visible disabilities, and government. Their 400 members employ around 20% of the UK workforce and an estimated 8 million people worldwide. Brit have joined Business Disability Forum to help us in our vision to create an inclusive space where everyone can be their authentic selves at work and also to help us learn how to make our organisation disability smart.
