In partnership with VISA and Vitesse, Brit have worked on a solution to offer our end customers the ability to receive claims payments securely to their bank card.

To improve the claims experience and providing our customers with faster payments, this solution will deliver funds to a customer within minutes allowing them to get on with their busy lives.

A new way to manage claims expenses

Legal expenses are an important part of our claims process and if Claims Adjusters can't see all the invoices clearly there is potential to unduly increase claims costs. We integrated a new billing platform into our Claims Management System for all panel law firms to submit their invoices, providing our Adjusters with a seamless workflow. This reduces their administrative load and also gives a complete oversight of our legal spend. We worked with Bottomline to provide the billing system (Legal X). Since launching in 2018 we have saved $1m in legal expenses and freed up our Claims Adjusters to focus more on their core role, adding value back to the client.
