I'm passionate about Inclusion and Diversity, with a particular focus on Social Mobility. Being part of the R.I.S.E (Race, Inclusion, Solidarity, and Equality) Employee Resource Group (ERG) is a natural extension of that. R.I.S.E. creates space for people from diverse backgrounds to share their lived experiences and cultures, helping to educate and connect others.

The ERG focuses on issues that directly affect me. When I first joined, it was simply an invitation to be part of the conversation but, it quickly became a platform where I feel heard and empowered. We help drive meaningful discussions across the business.
