In our diverse workplace, having colleagues from different generations brings unique perspectives, strengths, and experiences. Age inclusion is more than fairness, it’s about building a culture that respects experience, welcomes fresh ideas, and empowers everyone to grow, no matter where they are in their career.

This inspired me to be more involved in activities with a focus on the multigenerational workplace at Brit, designed to celebrate age diversity, encourage open dialogue, and foster stronger connections. It’s been uplifting to see how much we learn from each other when age barriers are removed.

Throughout my career, creating space for both seasoned professionals and emerging talent to contribute equally has proven powerful. It encourages mutual respect, mentorship, and challenges assumptions. I’ve gained valuable insights from experienced colleagues and been inspired by the fresh thinking of newer team members. Age inclusion shapes the culture I want to build, one that values contributions over age and supports collaboration, learning, and growth.
