Hear from Jerome Hamilton. IT Software Engineer - Graduate 2022-24

“My time here at Brit is one that I don’t think I’ll ever forget. The culture here is one I doubt I would find easily in other organisations. I am treated as a valued member of the business and shown that my opinions and growth matter.

My favourite thing about working in Brit Insurance has got to be the people. My first day here, I was both nervous and anxious about whether or not I’ll meet the expectations I’d set in my head. Only for me to discover that my colleagues are smart, patient and understanding. Because of them I don’t have that first day imposter syndrome feeling anymore but instead, I have grown confidently in my own abilities and I’m looking forward to advancing in my career.”
