The Brit Graduate Programme runs for two years from 26 September 2022. During that time you’ll have the opportunity to work in a number of different departments and projects in your chosen function to broaden your experience, build relationships with colleagues and learn from our experts in the market.
You’ll network with other graduates on the programme and colleagues, receive support in attaining a professional qualification in your business area, and you’ll have a mentor to support you in achieving your personal development goals throughout.
During your first week you’ll follow an enhanced induction programme. This helps you create your best first impression – and brings you up to speed with the basics of the insurance market. After that, you’ll be working as part of a team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in your chosen career path.
