50 over Fifty is the first ever UK wide initiative of recognising and celebrating the contribution of women, and those who identify as women, over the age of 50 in the UK Insurance Industry.

We’re proud to be involved in this project, especially in it’s very first year. Led by our Multigenerational Workplace ERG we’re helping to highlight Brit as an employer of choice for people of all ages. 50 Over Fifty aims to celebrate the contribution of women over 50 and share their workplace experiences and insights helping the UK Insurance Industry to become a more age inclusive industry.
