Located in Houston, TX, our claims team is made up of seasoned adjusters with broad expertise in both Property and Liability claims. We have particular experience in the handling of public entity, school board, higher education and religious institution claims.
In conjunction with our Chicago, IL based underwriting team, our claims staff actively engages our clients, their claims administrators and our brokers where necessary. Focusing on effective communication throughout the claims process helps ensure claims are adjusted in a fair and equitable manner. Beyond that, our claims staff also serve as a resource for clients and their claims administrators for the handling of underlying claims and other claims related issues.
