North American Facilities: Commercial

We specialise in Managing General Agent (MGA) business, and our North American Commercial Facilities account writes business exclusively through a network of carefully selected Lloyd’s-approved coverholders. Our local relationships enable us to efficiently provide capacity on risks that wouldn’t make it to Lloyd’s on an individual basis.

We write business on a surplus lines basis providing coverage for real and personal property, business income and extra expense against basic, broad and special perils throughout North America, including Gulf and Atlantic coast territories. We use both standard market and bespoke policy forms and offer many enhancements/endorsements in order to meet individual requirements. We are also able to offer coverage for DIC/Earthquake and Flood and Excess Flood perils.
