We offer a third party policy covering directors and senior management for claims made against them arising from an action or decision they have taken for the company. This coverage is available to a wide range of organisations in the public and private sectors ranging from charities to large multinationals.
This cover is in two parts – the first part of the policy (Coverage A) protects the individual director or officer when no other indemnity is available. We offer standalone A side coverage and a variety of different drop-down enhancements.
The second part (Coverage B) reimburses the company for any payment or indemnification it provides to the individual director/officer to defend or pay a claim.
We also provide policies that cover claims made against the entity, including employment disputes.
The policy covers individuals acting as pension trustees against claims for mismanagement from beneficiaries and other third parties. We also provide cover for regulatory investigations against the trustees.
