How do I apply for a job?

Simply look for the ‘Apply for this position now’ button on each vacancy page. You will be asked to upload your CV and provide details about why you’re applying for the vacancy.

When will I hear if my application has been successful?

You should hear from us within about week of applying. However, if we have a large number of applicants it can sometimes take slightly longer.

I’m a recruitment agency; how can I work with Brit Insurance?

We have a fully operational and successful approved suppliers list in place. If you would like to bring your company and services to our attention please email us the details, highlighting areas of specialism and expertise.

Where will I be based?

We have vacancies in the UK and internationally. Each job description indicates where that position is based.

How do I contact Brit Insurance?

If you have a recruitment query, please email us and a member of our team will respond.

Who will I meet?

Throughout the recruitment process you’ll meet a mixture of employees including a member of the HR Recruitment and Selection team and line managers.

Will I need to bring anything to the interview?

No - not unless we advise you otherwise.

How long will the interview be?

Interviews normally last an hour. We’ll let you know in advance if it’s likely to be longer.

What form does the recruitment process take?
