The North American Property Treaty account consists of a balanced portfolio of catastrophe, per risk and pro rata business in the USA and Canada. We write a combination of regional and nationwide business with a stronger bias towards companies who are regionally based and who write specialised books of business. The portfolio is currently made up of some 300 client companies.

As well as our core lines of business, we also offer capacity on Film Producers Indemnity (FPI) and completion bond reinsurance placements, as well as cancellation and abandonment business. We are also a market for stand alone terrorism excess of loss reinsurance.

In addition to accessing new clients we are particularly keen to further our relationship with existing clients by offering support across different classes of business with the intention of achieving a mutually beneficial relationship across the underwriting cycle.
