BRiT Insurance Holdings PLC has sold its SFA regulated subsidiary Wren Capital Management Ltd

BRiT Insurance Holdings PLC completed the disposal of another non-core business on 31st October with the sale of its SFA regulated subsidiary, Wren Capital Management Ltd, to parties associated with Cathedral Capital plc.
Commenting, Neil Eckert, Chief Executive said "this disposal continues our stated intention of focusing BRiT operations on underwriting and associated fee based activities. It also concludes matters with Cathedral making the parties wholly independent of each other.
