Squeeze Out

Please be informed that Achilles Netherlands Holdings BV intends to acquire any and all of the remaining shares by means of squeeze out proceedings. Pursuant to article 2:201a of the Dutch Civil Code, a shareholder who holds at least 95 % of the issued capital, may initiate squeeze out proceedings before the enterprise chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal at any point in time.
